In enhancing efficiency and development of the firm, we practice a Departmental-Enterprise System where each department is run like an individual entity and accountable for its own daily operations. For instance, our Plastic Injection Department is managed with the system of a plastic injection factory. As it receives orders from clients directly, the staff will constantly improve their technical skill and quality through the practice. We believe that in order to maintain competitive prices and superb product quality, our production and technical departments must keep pace with ever-changing market developments; and know different products thoroughly so as not to fall behind our competition. This concept is perfectly carried out not only in our Plastic Injection Department and Molding Department, but has been introduced to all other departments within our Group of Companies.
